Endless Jointed Timing Belts is made of continuous tensile Steel cords or Kevlar cords, and high-grade polyurethane. By jointing using the thermolastic properties of the open tiing belt, endless belts can be produced to any length by welding. The finished joint is resistant to fatigue from flexing and tension, due to the unique symmetrical pattern of the joint.
Endless jointed belts are suitable for conveying applications, particularly when indexing and/or positive drive is required. Supplementary application of flights, profile and coatings is possible, to suit specific application.
All PU Endless Timing Belts Series could be coated PAZ/PAR, Rubber,PU, PVC, Supergrid, APL, Linatex, Sponge, Notched Guide on the teeth side and so on.
